Quotes and Estimates:
Quotes provided online or over the phone are rough estimates. Accurate repair costs will be determined by our technicians after diagnosing the device.
Device Drop-off:

Please do not leave any additional accessories with your device (cases, chargers, SIM cards, or memory cards). We are not responsible for any lost items.

Devices must be collected within 30 days of drop-off. If not, The Cellphone Spot reserves the right to recycle the device, paid or unpaid, with no exceptions.
Lab Work and Diagnostics:

Diagnostics may take a few business days, excluding weekends, depending on the complexity of the issue.

All repairs carry a risk of data loss. Customers are responsible for backing up their data before any repair. The Cellphone Spot is not responsible for any data loss.

By dropping off your device, you consent to The Cellphone Spot diagnosing and attempting to repair it.

Some repairs may require additional work beyond the initial problem, resulting in additional charges. While we strive to honor the original quote, the final price may vary based on required repairs. Customers will be informed of any changes.

Motherboard repairs, computer repairs, and game console repairs may take 5 to 15 business days, excluding weekends and part-ordering time.

Glass-only repairs may take from 1 hour up to 3 business days.

Network or software unlocking services may take 1 to 7 business days, excluding weekends.
Warranty, Refunds, and Returns:

Most repairs come with a 30-day warranty covering only the replaced parts. Physical damage or liquid damage voids the warranty.

LCD/OLED screens showing lines, bleeding, or blackouts, even without visible cracks, are considered physically damaged and void the warranty.

The warranty covers only the specific parts repaired, not the entire device.

No warranty is provided for liquid-damaged devices.

Devices with broken, cracked, or missing backs at drop-off do not carry any warranty.

All device sales are final and come with a 30-day warranty. No refunds, but exchanges may be offered for special situations within the warranty period. Wear and tear, physical, or liquid damage voids the warranty.
